Shipping & Refund Policy
We aim to ship all items within 3 business days of order receipt, however, this is usually much faster (within 24 hours) except during peak periods. We maintain high inventory levels to ensure prompt fulfilment, however, some items may be out of stock. If this is the case we will contact you to discuss any delays. You will have the option to proceed or cancel your order.
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods if the goods are not fit for purpose or what you expected. The easiest way to do this is to return the goods to us in accordance with the below instructions.
Instructions to return - Email email@example.com with the details of teh return and the reason for the return.
Any items returned to us must be in their original condition and packaging and all labelling attached – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will then refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the order has been returned.
