NOTE: Designed for factory second battery with the central swivel ring facing up rather than down to improve clearance in the seat box.
Note - following installation an engineering certificate should be obtained to cover the altering of the seat anchorage.

Key steps to rotate backwards are
- Slide Seat forward
- raise seat height (to prevent plastic seat skirt catching)
- angle backrest forward
- raise lever under front of seat and swivel clockwise from North to South (through East - assume the front of the vehicle is 'North')
Once swivelled slide seat further back (towards front) to maximise cabin space.
Reverse this procedure to re-orient the swivel to the forward facing position for travel.
Always have the seat in the forward facing position for travel.
- Note - the Driver's Side Swivel operates the same way however requires the steering wheel to be telescopically placed to the most forward position
The swivel is engineered and made in Germany and is able to be certified by your engineer (or ours) for fitting to your passenger (or Driver's) side front seat.
The kit includes the swivel and the 4 high-tensile bolts for affixing the seat to the swivel. The Swivel affixes to the seat base using the original factory OEM bolts that fix the seat to the base.

COMPLIANCE NOTE: These German designed & manufactured seat swivels are designed to conform to the internationally accepted European regulations. If you modify a seat anchorage in a vehicle most state and territory regulations will require an Engineering Compliance Certificate to be issued. To do this the engineer will wish to inspect the hardware itself (ie, the swivel) and the installation of the swivel.
The Swivel is TüV approved in Germany and is regularly accepted by authorised automotive engineers in various states and territories of Australia. The engineer will generally have the LK2 certification authority for seat anchorage changes.

NOTE: The certificate cost is unchanged for one or two swivels. i.e. You will double your engineering costs if you add one passenger swivel and have it complied, then add the driver's swivel later. If you add both at once, then the one certificate will cover both.

Shipping Disclaimer
Sometimes the incorrect shipping value is calculated when you place an order online. When this occurs a staff member will call or email you and notify you of the accurate shipping quote in which the difference will need to be settled. You will be given the option to cancel the order if you wish.
Returns and Refund Policy
You can return an item within 14 days from the date of despatch of your order. Items must be complete, undamaged and in resaleable condition, with all original packaging, tags and documents.
Refunds, store credit and exchanges
No refunds after 14 days (store credit or exchange only, at our discretion). Items over $1000 are eligible for store credit or exchange only. A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns, to returns made after 14 days and where any packaging or documents are missing. Deposits are non-refundable. Sale and clearance items are non-refundable.
Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt. Refunds or store credit (as applicable, less any restocking fee) are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
All returns must be authorised first - please contact orders@kombilife.com.au before sending anything back. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

We ship across Australia and New Zealand. All shipments are trackable and you will receive a tracking number upon despatch.
Australia Post and Express Parcel Post - for smaller items and deliveries to PO Boxes.
Direct Freight Express - for small items and bulky items, including pallets.
FedEx / TNT - for lithium batteries and international orders.
Our shipments are fully insured against loss and damage, ensuring that you will not be at loss should the parcel go missing.
Note all shipments will require a signature upon delivery. A package that has been signed for cannot be declared as lost, so it is important that you specify your correct delivery address or that of a trustworthy 3rd party if you elect to deliver it to an alternative business address for example.
Our pallet shipments may be sent to the depot nearest you for collection, as pallet delivery services are not available in all areas.

Pickup is available from both KombiLife locations. We accept credit card, bank transfer and cash on pickup.
