Barn Door Installation Instructions:
Full Metal Barn Door
- With the black side facing the glass, place the cover on the barn door window. The built-in magnets will easily latch to the metal sides of the window frame.
- Ensure all edges are securely aligned on the window.
Full Plastic Barn Door
- Align the metal tabs with the magnets on the window cover and press them into place. Ensure the 3M adhesive side of the tab faces outward to stick to the window frame.
- Clean the glass area around the window frame using the provided alcohol pad. Focus on the section closest to the plastic frame, as this is where the metal tabs will be installed.
- Hold the window cover against the window to find the correct tab placement. Ensure the built-in magnets sit against the glass near the plastic frame. Mark or take note of these locations.
- Remove the backing from the tape and attach the tabs to the clean window frame, aligning them with the magnets. Repeat for all magnet locations.

Carefully attach the window cover to the frame.
Note: Avoid touching the adhesive side of the tabs; moisture from your hands may weaken the bond.
Allow the metal tabs to fully cure: 50% strength in 20 minutes, 90% in 24 hours, and full strength in 72 hours. Avoid removing or stressing the tabs during this period.

Shipping Disclaimer
Sometimes the incorrect shipping value is calculated when you place an order online. When this occurs a staff member will call or email you and notify you of the accurate shipping quote in which the difference will need to be settled. You will be given the option to cancel the order if you wish.
Returns and Refund Policy
You can return an item within 14 days from the date of despatch of your order. Items must be complete, undamaged and in resaleable condition, with all original packaging, tags and documents.
Refunds, store credit and exchanges
No refunds after 14 days (store credit or exchange only, at our discretion). Items over $1000 are eligible for store credit or exchange only. A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns, to returns made after 14 days and where any packaging or documents are missing. Deposits are non-refundable. Sale and clearance items are non-refundable.
Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt. Refunds or store credit (as applicable, less any restocking fee) are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
All returns must be authorised first - please contact orders@kombilife.com.au before sending anything back. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Shipping Information
SHIPPING
We ship across Australia and New Zealand. All shipments are trackable and you will receive a tracking number upon despatch.
Australia Post and Express Parcel Post - for smaller items and deliveries to PO Boxes.
Direct Freight Express - for small items and bulky items, including pallets.
FedEx / TNT - for lithium batteries and international orders.
Our shipments are fully insured against loss and damage, ensuring that you will not be at loss should the parcel go missing.
Note all shipments will require a signature upon delivery. A package that has been signed for cannot be declared as lost, so it is important that you specify your correct delivery address or that of a trustworthy 3rd party if you elect to deliver it to an alternative business address for example.
Our pallet shipments may be sent to the depot nearest you for collection, as pallet delivery services are not available in all areas.

Pickup is available from both KombiLife locations. We accept credit card, bank transfer and cash on pickup.
